How-To Figure out the Right Amount of Alcohol for a Party

In general, plan on two drinks per person for the first two hours and one drink per person for each extra hour. So, assuming that about 45 percent of your guests will tip beers, 25 percent will go for the hard stuff and 30 percent will sip wine, here’s what you'll need:
