Julia Roberts bought a new Apartment in Greenwich Village

The stunning Julia Roberts has just spent $3.895 million on a penthouse apartment in the charming Greenwich Village neighborhood in Manhattan. Just 10 blocks away from her Gramercy Park apartment, Roberts’ newest addition to her real estate portfolio is a penthouse co-op at 45 W 10th St in the Greenwich Village neighborhood of Manhattan, NY. Swooping up Big Apple properties, however, isn’t out of character for the world famous (and perhaps most bankable) actress. The NY Observer reports that Roberts has been collecting city property for over a decade buying multiple units in her Gramercy Park building since her first $2.15 million purchase in 1993, along with a $2.95 million, 9-room co-op on Fifth Avenue near Washington Square Park.
